Shipping Policy of Steinberg Berlin
As a small business, we would like to thank you for your order at Steinberg Berlin! We aim to provide you with the best possible experience, from purchase to delivery. For this reason, we have created these shipping policies to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
Delivery Times
Steinberg Berlin works with international suppliers and ships products directly from our warehouses in Europe, Asia, and America. We offer fast and reliable shipping by carefully selecting our shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
This approach allows us to significantly reduce shipping, warehousing, and packaging costs, enabling us to offer products at competitive prices.
Order Processing Time: 1-5 days.
Average Delivery Time: 7-12 business days but in some cases delays may occur due to the express courier, so the total delivery time may take up to 21 days.
Note: We are currently relocating our warehouse to support our growth. This may cause slight delays with some products. We appreciate your understanding.
If you wish to return a product, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Please consider this if you plan to purchase multiple items for trying.
Order Status
After placing your order, you will receive a personal tracking code by email. You can track your shipment anytime through our tracking partner ParcelPanel via the following link: https://noviralondon.de/apps/parcelpanel
Typically, the first updates on your order status will appear within 2-3 business days. After this time, you will also be able to see the estimated delivery date.
Problems with Delivery
If any issues occur with the delivery, here are the solutions Steinberg Berlin offers:
Damaged Product: If your item arrives damaged, we will automatically send you a new product at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an immediate refund at this time, but we ensure that the issue is resolved through a new shipment.
Lost Package: If your package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will send you a new package free of charge before applying our refund and return policies.
Failed or Rejected Delivery: If the package is not accepted during delivery or the courier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts, it will be returned to the local post. We will notify you by email, and you have 7 days to pick it up. If you do not collect it, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In this case, we will resend it to you free of charge. If the delivery fails again, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders are processed automatically after purchase. Therefore, changes or cancellations can only be made within one hour of placing the order. If you have doubts about the product you will receive, please remember that you can always return it within 30 days after receipt for a full refund.
Customs Fees
As of July 1, 2021, customs regulations have changed, and in rare cases, a small customs fee may be charged for the delivery of the package. However, this occurs very rarely (less than 1% of cases).

Materials: The materials used in our products are mainly polyester.
Warehouses: In order to best proceed with shipping as quickly as possible and offer the best possible service, we have warehouses in Asia and ship from them so that we can best handle shipments throughout Europe.
Small defects due to stitching: Small factory-level stitching defects may occur in some products.
In the case of small protruding threads, you will not be entitled to a return as they are within the limits of a suitable product and not a failed product.
